Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Eligibility period
Refund requests are accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — CDC) for purchases made outside of a commercial establishment.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@platformnotes.site with the following information:
- The email address used at the time of purchase
- The approximate date of purchase
- A brief statement that a refund is being requested
No reason is required for requests submitted within the eligibility period.
Processing time
Refund requests that meet the eligibility criteria are typically processed within 5 business days. Once processed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on a bank or card statement depends on the financial institution and may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Access after refund
Upon issuance of a refund, access to the purchased content is revoked. This revocation may not be instantaneous but will be applied as soon as practicable.
Requests outside the eligibility period
Requests received after the 7-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined. Platform Notes is not obligated to issue refunds outside the eligibility window except where required by applicable law.
Chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated with a bank or card issuer without first contacting Platform Notes, access to the content may be revoked and the matter referred to the payment processor for resolution.
Consumer rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the purchaser's jurisdiction. For consumers protected by the Brazilian CDC, the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 49 applies regardless of this policy. For consumers in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Directive are preserved to the extent required by applicable national law.
