Disputes related to charges should first be directed to support@platformnotes.site. If a refund is warranted, it will be processed per the refund policy. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in access revocation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platform Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this site or its content. The total liability of Platform Notes for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
